Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods, all handled securely through Mollie:

• Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Klarna — pay now, pay later, or pay in 3 instalments
• PayPal
• Apple Pay

Payment is confirmed at the moment you complete checkout.

Shipping

We ship with DHL as standard.

• Germany: 2–4 working days
• EU: 3–7 working days
• International: 7–14 working days (please contact us in advance)

Orders are prepared and packed personally to make sure your KayaKaHina piece reaches you the way it deserves to.

Shipping costs

DE: €5.90 flat rate, or free above €75
EU (AT, NL, BE, LU, DK, FR): €12.90 
Rest of EU: €18.90 
International: contact us / not offered yet

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch every order within 1–2 working days of receiving your payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
