Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods, all handled securely through Mollie:

Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Klarna — pay now, pay later, or pay in 3 instalments
PayPal
Apple Pay
iDEAL / Wero
Bank Transfer (SEPA / Überweisung)

Payment is confirmed at the moment you complete checkout, except for Bank Transfer, where the order is reserved until your transfer arrives (usually 1–2 working days).

Shipping

We ship with DHL as standard.

Germany: 2–4 working days
EU: 3–7 working days
International: 7–14 working days (please contact us in advance)

Orders are prepared and packed personally to make sure your KayaKaHina piece reaches you the way it deserves to.

DE: €5.90 flat rate, or free above €75
EU (AT, NL, BE, LU, DK, FR): €12.90
Rest of EU: €18.90
International: contact us / not offered yet

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch every order within 1–2 working days of receiving your payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
